Our client list exists primarily
through referrals. While we have the ability to become a much larger
team, we prefer a more modest plan and the opportunity to build lasting
relationships. In order to ensure you get the best service possible, our
business model only allows us to work with a select number of clients
at a given time.
If you are a first time buyer,
we'll take everything nice and slow, and be sure you are comfortable
with the process before taking larger steps. For those more experienced
clients, we'll work together to come up with a pace and style that
suits your particular needs. Buying a home for most is the single
largest and most important transaction of the year, and we treat it
accordingly.
When working with sellers, we'll
provide top quality marketing and transaction management on a regular
basis. We're professional realtors, not stagers or photographers. We
have a stager and a photographer who will each come to your property to
help prepare your home for showings. By creating captivating promotional
material (web and print) with alluring photos, our engaging marketing
will ensure great showings and offers. While a quick sale at a premium
price may be the goal, we'll cull through the bids to find the strongest
offer possible.
As real estate investors
